On the radio Tomorrow (Good Friday)
I will be setting my portable station up again tomorrow on Halkyn Mountain from 08.00 - 20.00. I will be using 20m 40m and most of the time 80m. I might use 2m and 70cm if it's quiet.
I have made a better G5RV (I hope) and will be using that with the Icom 706Mk2G and the LDG AT-200 Pro ATU.
Hope to make contact with some of the members on the forum on 80m around 3.744.00 as that's what freq was using last week.

Re: On the radio Tomorrow (Good Friday)
Thanks for the audio Delboy. I aint heard myself on the Icom before so it's nice to be able to see what it sounds like.
Thanks Alan (Daxi) for trying to make the contact but nothing heard my end. Better luck next time...
I have packed up for today as the winds were very strong and the rain stopped so I took the break in rainfall and took the G5RV down.
Should be doing it again tomorrow but ALL day. I will keep you all posted later on.
