GB0ATC Special Event Station will be operational from 6th to the 8th March 2009 on all bands. Greenock ATC Sqn 4515 will be operating from the Garelochhead Training Camp Dumbartonshire. The station will be run by the Sqn Radio Instructor, Brian MM0GLX 4672, who would appreciate calls from RAFARS Members.

RAF Normanby transmitters near Scampton, details required
Dave G3OXG RAFARS 427 is the assistant curator of the RAF Signals Museum at RAF Henlow <www.rafsignalsmuseum.org.uk>. He is researching the history of RAF Normanby Transmitting Site near Scampton and would be pleased if anyone who served at the unit, or who knows anything relevant, however small,
gets in touch with him. His details are contained in the QRZ Call book.
