Uniden announces first 77 channel UHF-CB radio
SYDNEY, NSW: The Mini Compact Mobile UHF-CB series, from RRP $279, will accommodate all 77 channels to be rolled out in Australia in April or May. The network restructuring aims to reduce congestion and allow faster communication.[u]
The Mini Compact features a seven colour backlit LCD and keypad to match a vehicle’s dashboard light colour, as well as a flip LCD feature for optional reverse mounting. The radios can be mounted in a variety of places including the console, dashboard, cabin roof and under the seat.
