RABIC. Or the Radio Amateur Invalid & Blind Club is a national club that provides support to Amateurs & SWL's. It was founded in 1954 & does all the things that any other national club does, plus a few extra bits like loaning equipment to members & having a list of willing helpers (local representatives) to assist members at home.
