HI There Just joined the forum and saw your need!
To enable export mode on intek m799
RU 25615-30105
PO 25610-30110
Remove the solder from LK6 and then job done (bottom left of board to the left of R274 to R276 (From Mods.dk - Its goldmine of info but you can only look at one mod unless you subscribe!)
