This is a link to Bob's place where he sells mikes, cables and the like for radios. I have here the mike for the Kenwood and whats nice is he supplies a ear and mike 3.5mm so you can use if you like any multi media headset like you do for skype.
I am testing here a skype one at the moment, fits into the ear and the mike runs the side of the face on a small boom and it works real well indeed, add to this the PTT then it is a nice and cheap solution to some mike issues we all have now and then.
