All i am new to ham radio i have a yaesu vx-3 and want to know how i go about getting my foundation licence any advice would be greatful thank you

Hi and welcome to the forum, the best way to do the foundation is over a weekend at a local radio club. The weekend costs £35.00 and thats for the exam. The ham licence is free now.

Best advice would be to phone if a number is given, as emails can take a loooooooooooooooooong time to get replies some times.

I am from sheffield i spend the week in sheffield then i am in doncaster all weekend thats the main reason why i have the handheld for on the move.
