Nice autumnal pic Mick, this way the trees have not changed colour yet and the only sign of autumn is that the chestnut trees are full of chestnuts.

On the east coast of the island there are lots of chestnut trees because in years gone by the people used to use the chestnuts to make flour.

WX today ( sunday) blue sky , bright sunshine and not a cloud to be seen, temperature will reach around 19/21°... and the forecast for the next 4 days predicts more of the same.

High tide is past but it could be a couple of hours before we are in the clear with the Broads.
I have been expecting to be put on standby by RAYNET & one of the outlaying units where my wife works has had to be evacuated & being a secure unit I bet that was fun....NOT.
