Nice to work you David for the first time.
Radio sounds nice.
Did my second processor setting sound better compared to the first one ? The first one sounded more tinny.

Re: 2W0PWR/M & PA1SOP - 40M
Hi Andy,
Thank you so much for the effort in making the contact y-day. Shame we couldn't do it on 20M but 40 was another matter. You were a nice strong solid signal.
I am uploading an audio file on my website www.dmrk.co.uk in the Blog section. It's a shame I can't add it here but it's almost 10 mins long. The audio was alot stronger on the second setting, check the audio clip out...
Sorry Tony we couldn't make the contact, I did hear you calling me in the mush of the contest stations. Maybe next time...
P.S. I have also uploaded a log in the blog - http://www.dmrk.co.uk/2W0PWR/My_Blog/My_Blog.html

Did you venture up onto 10M, there was a nice opening in SA, but it was just contest stations.
I could hear Aruba on the CW portion of the band, I put a few CQs out on the key but no replies.

Wow Andy, Nope I didn't... I wanted to try 17M but never got around to it.
That audio clip is just downloading, the site didn't like the m4a file so hopefully this time it will work.

Re: 2W0PWR/M & PA1SOP - 40M
40 was great yesterday I must have worked a dozen different countries in
under 45 minutes.
I rediscovered 40 a few weeks ago. I use to avoid it because there were
so many broadcast stations above 7.1 & too little band below, so
tuning around it for the first time in about 2 years I was amazed at how
much activity there is there now.
I get full scale QRM reflections on 80 meters on FM & that
translates into S8 - 9+ SSB.
