Steve GOKYA does a VERY good propagation podcast. HE is a member of the RSGB's Propagation Studies Committee & knows his stuff.
Steve & Jim Bacon a BBC meteorologist have done propagation lectures, at the local club & I can highly recommend Steve's podcasts & blog.

Just started listening to a podcast series called icqpodcast, father and son presentation, its okay, I wouldnt give it 10/10 but 6/7 out of 10 compared to some of the slick amateur podcasts from the US that I listen to that aren't radio related.

Not found an 11M one yet, maybe an opportunity for someone to do one.
